Ali Tahbaz (COO, Co-Founder)

Ali has worked as an application developer, a database administrator, a regional technical services manager and, most recently, as a director of information systems in the corporate arena. His experience working for Fortune 500 companies and managing several overseas IT departments for a multinational corporation is complemented by his private consulting practice, which he built over the years primarily with small and medium size clients. 

His return from Europe and subsequent exit from the corporate world was the spark that reignited local operations in Sightsource Creations, Inc., and prepared it for its eventual merger into Sightsource, LLC in early 2009. He has experience in both technical and leadership roles and retains his Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) credential. He graduated with an MBA from Wake Forest University in 2004.


Harper Trow (CTO, Co-Founder)

Harper has over a decade of experience in web development and has been creating mission critical line of business applications using the .Net platform since its release. Prior to merging it into Sightsource, LLC in early 2009, he built and operated gen Y Systems, LLC, a trusted and respected software development partner to many large and small companies in the Richmond, VA area.

His customers ranged from hedge funds to international infrastructure development firms. He keeps a sharp eye on, works with, and actively contributes to the latest technologies, techniques, applications and trends. He is charged with keeping Sightsource and its clients abreast of the newest ideas and solutions in the technology space. Harper is active in the local developer communities across many different technologies.

Balint Gaspar (CFO, Co-Founder)

Balint began his career in distance education marketing, but spent most of his professional life in the financial services industry gaining valuable professional and corporate (fortune 500; global financial-services; international asset-management) experience. Upon earning his MBA, he started his first successful venture, a winery equipment import/distribution company.

Through this endeavor, he was able to put to practical use his education in a number of functional areas ranging from international finance (currency hedging) to supply chain management. He is a native of Hungary, moved to the United States in the mid ‘90s and has made NC his home since 2001. Balint earned his MBA from Wake Forest University in 2004. He is an active member of the Winston Salem and Lewisville-Clemmons Chambers of Commerce and volunteers as a business counselor and mentor at Forsyth Tech Community College's Small Business Center.
